  Great food like every Chipotle but by far the WORST service. Given them 3 chances to redeem themselves, however that's it. I will drive out of my way to go to another location. Never order online because your order will not be ready even 15 minutes after the time you put it in for. Twice I waited in a group of 4+ customers who were waiting for their online order to be completed. The people working there are miserable, so it's obviously mismanaged and understaffed. The last time we went there, my fiancé and I passed on ordering online because we thought that maybe it was just their online operations that were faulty. We waited over 30 minutes in line to get a burrito, with an apathetic, unapologetic response by the staff. Never again my friends.
