- 1 / 5By Diane KDO NOT EAT HERE.... nice atmosphere but horrible in every other way. Horrible customer service, the employees seem like they are relatives of the owner and don't want to be there. The portions of sides are small and overpriced. They have no idea how to make a latte or flavored coffee (i have gotten 4 hazelnut coffees and they made it different EVERY TIME) They will not make you food off of their menu but instead make you buy their "special of the day", which is sandwiches and pasta salads (made with mayo) that sit out on their counter for 7 hours a day. They have been warned by the city health inspector about this but because of the laziness of City Hall Caffe Barista is allowed to continue to serve this horrible food until someone gets sick from it!! We make fresh salads, sides, sandwiches and sweet treats every day and are always trying something new to meet our customer's needs. Stop in for breakfast or lunch and try one of our delicious coffee flavors!August 21, 2016
